Bomb blast in Lusaka

    JOHANNESBURG

    A bomb exploded in Lusaka at the week-end outside the offices of the Zambian tax authority, news reports said on Monday.

    The BBC reported that although the building was not badly damaged, two vehicles parked outside had been destroyed.
