An Angolan government delegation arrived in Lusaka this week for discussions with their Zambian counterparts on allegations of sanctions busting to UNITA rebels, ‘The Post’ newspaper reported. The paper quoted the Swazi Foreign Minister Albert Shabangu, who is mediating in the dispute, as saying the two sides have made “good progress”. “The two countries are on talking terms and they are sharing ideas,” he said.
