A court hearing for South Africa's Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) has again been postponed, the South African Press Association reported on Wednesday.
Eighteen TAC supporters recently appeared for the third time in the Cape Town magistrate's court on charges of trespassing.
Their appearance stems from a five-hour sit-in at the offices of the trade and industry department in April this year, as part of a nationwide protest for the distribution of HIV/AIDS drugs.
TAC defence attorney, William Kerfoot, said the latest postponement - until the 20th of August - would allow for time to persuade the senior prosecutor, David Jacobs, to withdraw the charges against the lobby group.
