Two ministers held

    NAIROBI
    Two DRC government ministers have been arrested by the security services, the Kinshasa newspaper 'La Reference Plus' reported. It said Minister of Mines Frederic Kibassa Maliba and Economy Minister Bemba Saolona had been held since Friday, reportedly for "obstructing" an investigation into the under-valuation of diamonds which were seized at N'djili international airport bound for Belgium. News agencies said they were also being questioned over the suspected misuse of funds in their respective ministries.
