Aguilar dos Santos, a journalist with the 'Agora' newspaper in Luanda has been prevented from leaving the country to attend a journalism conference in Brazil, 'Radio Eccelesia', monitored by BBC, said on Monday.
The report said that immigration officials at Luanda International Airport refused to allow him to leave the country. Dos Santos said he did not understand the actions of the officials as he had been given permission by the court and the police. Another journalist Gustavo Costa, who was travelling with Dos Santos, was also prevented from leaving the country.
