Rebels of the Cabinda Enclave Liberation Forces on Wednesday released four foreigners they have been holding hostage since March, media reports said. The hostages, two Portuguese and two Frenchmen, were employees of Bouygues SA of France, a construction company involved in offshore oil operations in Angola. No details were provided on the negotiations that led to the hostages' release.
