While registered refugees have access to basic healthcare and education many say they are discriminated against because of the colour of their skin. They are also seen as a burden in a country where at least 43 percent of the population live on less than US$2 a day.This video short profiles the problems faced by single mother Victoria Achol Jaal. Her daughters have been abused and harassed, leaving her no choice but to keep them at home.
