Parliament inauguration set for 21 August

    NAIROBI
    The postponed parliamentary inauguration will now take place on 21 August in Lubumbashi, DRC state television reported on Tuesday, quoting Justice Minister Mwenze Kongolo. The transitional assembly, appointed by presidential decree, was due to be inaugurated on Monday but was postponed due to “material and other problems with the preparations”, state media reported.
