Cabinet reshuffle,

    ABIDJAN
    Monie Captan remains at the helm of Liberia’s Foreign Ministry while Daniel Chea has retained the Defence portfolio in the latest cabinet reshuffle by President Charles Taylor, PANA reported state radio as announcing on Tuesday. Departments that have changed hands include the Ministry of Information, where Reginald Goodridge replaces Jonathan Refell, who is now a minister without portfolio. The Labour Ministry also has a new head while a former foreign minister, Musuleng Cooper, heads the newly created Gender Development Ministry.
