UN detainees moved to ICRC compound

    ABIDJAN
    The 21 Indian peacekeepers detained at Pendembu in eastern Sierra Leone by the RUF rebels since May have been moved to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) compound in that town, the UN reported on Friday. Another 222 Indians and 11 military observers are still surrounded by the RUF at Kailahun also in the east of the country.
