No Rwandan troop movements, Kagame says

Rwandan leaders on Wednesday said they were hopeful that Sunday’s planned summit between Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and Rwandan President Paul Kagame, in the northwestern Tanzanian town of Mwanza, would prevent an escalation of tensions, news agencies reported. “We don’t have to call each other enemies...Underlying causes of this are not clear to some of us. We have to find a solution,” Kagame told journalists. “There has been no troop movement on our side of the border. But troops have been moving on the Ugandan side,” Kagame added.
