Bernard Toungba, 70 years-old, is sheltered at Socada with his children and grand-children. “Our conditions are bad, we sleep outside. There are so many worries it is hard to sleep,” he says, hoping that some materials are distributed to help them build better shelters, cook and protect themselves from mosquitoes.
