US loan to be used for food

The United Sates has agreed to provide a loan of US $10 million to the Eritrean government, the pro-government Visafric news agency said on Wednesday. The loan will be used to purchase approximately 81,000 mt tonnes of wheat and sorghum, Visafric said. The agreement between the two countries was signed by US Ambassador to Eritrea William D.
