British Airways begins flights to Addis Ababa

    NAIROBI
    British Airways has announced that it is to begin operating flights from its base in London to the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa. The inaugural flight was scheduled to leave London on Thursday afternoon, AFP reported on Thursday. At a time when airlines around the world are reducing routes, British Airways says that it will now fly twice weekly from London to Addis Ababa. Flights will leave the British capital on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will leave Addis Ababa on Tuesdays and Fridays.
