Five killed by gunmen in Mogadishu

    ABIDJAN
    Five people were killed in Mogadishu on Wednesday when their vehicle was sprayed with bullets, the ‘Qaran’ website reported. “The victims were driving along Factory Road when the gunmen on a technical [pickup mounted with heavy machine-gun] opened fire on their car,” it said. “The motive for the attack could not be immediately established, but it is thought that the militiamen were after one of the victims.”
