Privatisation legalised

    NAIROBI
    Rwanda has legally disposed of government enterprises. "Some of these enterprises had completely halted their operations while others were making excess losses, which made it impossible to operate," Donald Kaberuka, the Rwandan minister for planning and finance, told IRIN. Twenty-five out of 65 enterprises have been sold to private firms and individuals.
