Poverty eradication plan launched

    NAIROBI
    President Paul Kagame on Thursday launched the national poverty alleviation programme before the Rwandan parliament. The strategy to fight poverty includes good governance, increases in productivity and incomes,improvement in the provision of social services, and addressing the plight of vulnerable groups like women and the youth, Rwanda News Agency (RNA) reported.
