Foreign minister visits Rwanda for DRC talks

    JOHANNESBURG
    South African foreign minister, Nkosazana Zuma was expected in Rwanda on Tuesday for talks on the war in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), media reports said. According to news reports Zuma was expected to meet with Rwandan President Pasteur Bizimungu, AFP quoted a Rwandan source as saying that a meeting between Zuma and the rebels could not be ruled out.
